We are excited to advise Members that you can now reset a forgotten NetCode in Internet Banking.
How do I use this?
Simply go to our Internet Banking login page, click on “Forgot NetCode?” and follow the easy steps to change your NetCode.
What do I need?
To reset your own NetCode, you will need to have either a First Option Visa Debit Card or Visa Credit Card and be registered for SMS One Time Passwords.
Can I reset my NetCode via Easy App or Mobile Banking?
No, you can only reset your NetCode via the full Internet Banking site, not in Easy App or in Mobile Banking.
However, once you have changed it, Easy App will automatically update your NetCode in the background. As long as you previously had Easy App set up, it will work seamlessly when you next log in. You will also be able to log into Mobile Banking with your new details.
