To report a lost, stolen or damaged card:
Login to your First Option App, go to ‘Manage Cards’ and follow the prompts to cancel your card. Alternatively, cancel your card in Internet Banking or call us on 1300 855 675. If you are overseas, please call us on +61 3 9869 8700.
If you notice any unauthorised activity, we can help you dispute a transaction.
